TaxFilingUK.com is the trading name of Srini ACA, a sole practitioner regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

We provide tax filing, bookkeeping, and accounting services tailored to individuals, sole traders, and small businesses in the UK. All services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal representation or financial audit.

Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner
  • Respond to queries and requests for information promptly
  • Review and approve tax returns before submission to HMRC
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to business circumstances
  • Maintain proper records as required by HMRC regulations
  • Make payment for services as per agreed terms
Important Notice

We are not liable for errors due to false or incomplete information provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all information shared with us is accurate and complete.

4. Liability Limitation

We shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to HMRC penalties arising from delays caused by the client in providing information or approving submissions
  • Decisions made based on incomplete or outdated data provided by the client
  • System downtime or unauthorised third-party access beyond our reasonable control
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Total liability in any case is limited to the fee paid by the client for the affected service.

We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by the ICAEW to cover claims arising from professional negligence.

5. Payments and Refunds

Full payment must be made before service delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other electronic payment methods.

Refunds are not applicable after services have commenced, unless proven to be due to gross negligence on our part. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for debt recovery.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, reports, templates, and materials produced by TaxFilingUK.com are our intellectual property. You may not reuse, republish, or distribute without written consent.

Documents and reports prepared for you may be used for your business purposes only. Commercial reproduction or distribution to third parties requires our prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to services in case of:

  • Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice
  • Abuse or misuse of our platform or staff
  • Provision of false or fraudulent information
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Any illegal activity or breach of professional conduct

Either party may terminate the engagement by giving 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and we will provide copies of your records as required by professional standards.

8. Third-party Tools

We may use third-party tools and software including but not limited to Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage, Capium, and Stripe for payment processing.

We are not responsible for their functionality, data breaches, errors, or service interruptions. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We ensure all third-party tools we use are GDPR-compliant and maintain appropriate security standards.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through direct communication. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may refer the matter to:

  • The ICAEW Professional Standards Department
  • Alternative dispute resolution services
  • Mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed

Failing informal resolution, UK courts will have exclusive jurisdiction under English law.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and business data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Your data will be:

  • Processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently
  • Used only for the purposes of providing accounting services
  • Stored securely with encrypted backups
  • Retained only as long as necessary or as required by law
  • Not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or professional regulations

11. Changes to Terms
