Frequently asked questions

Can you handle multiple carriers and depots?
Yes. We’ll match each carrier’s statements to your bank receipts and keep income clearly separated, so you can see which contracts are actually profitable.
I pay some drivers as subcontractors. Is that okay?
Many courier Ltds use sub-drivers. We’ll show these correctly in your accounts and advise what records you should keep in case HMRC ever asks about employment status.
What about mileage vs. actual fuel receipts?
As a limited company we generally use actual costs (fuel, repairs, etc.), but we’ll discuss your specific setup and agree the best method before we start.
